loans for opportunistic real estate acquisitions.

Prefer to lend in value added and distressed opportunities, where our capital and
expertise can help turn around and create significant value in the property.

LTV              Up to 85% CLTV
INT               Floating rates and fees adjusted for risk and leverage
TRM              3 years or less
TYPE           1st Mortgage & 2nd Mortgage
